Renovation and extension of a single-family house.

About

The project was conceived with deep respect for the spirit of the place, highlighting the many original features that gave the house its unique charm. The intervention revealed the woodwork and distinctive architectural details while integrating contemporary elements designed to meet modern standards of comfort and living. The extension was designed to blend discreetly into the garden and to further open the living spaces to the outdoors. Large glazed openings frame views of the surrounding nature and bring abundant natural light into the living areas.
